Our lovely 3 bedroom semi-detached villa with private pool is the perfect place to relax, unwind and explore unspoilt North Cyprus. Now with hi speed wifi to keep up to date with friends and family.
Situated near Iskele and just a short drive from the picturesque harbour village of Bogaz, the gateway to the stunning Karpaz Peninsula. Also just 30 mins drive to the old town of Famagusta and the famous forbidden city. 1 hour drive from Larnica airport on the south side and 45 min from Ercan airport in the North.
7 day stays start from just £350, 14 day stays from just £650. July and August are £450 a week and £850 for 2 weeks. There is an identical villa next door which is also available so any big groups could rent both which would sleep up to 16 total. Come and enjoy the unspoilt North Cyprus in our 3 bedroom villa. The villa has its own private swimming pool, air conditioning (in all bedrooms), family bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. It also has marbled floors to help keep cool during the summer months. The downstairs consists of a hallway leading to an open plan living and dining area, kitchen and cloakroom. The living/dining area has two armchairs, a two and a three seater sofa (which converts into a bed), a TV and dvd player. There is a dining table and 6 chairs, a fresh water dispenser, plus electric fans for those very hot summer days. The kitchen is fully fitted with cutlery, crockery, utensils, electric cooker, gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, juicer, american style fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, airer, iron and ironing board. The cloakroom contains a hand basin and wc. The upstairs has three bedrooms and a family bathroom. Two bedrooms have double beds and one has two single beds. All rooms have fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and a balcony. The large bathroom has a hand basin, wc, bath and a separate shower cubicle. The exterior has its own private swimming pool, extensive patio area with patio furniture and bbq.

Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Please also note that the villa, like most of Cyprus, is not currently on mains water supply and water is held in a tank at the side of the villa and delivered via water tanker. We have a property manager who will arrange this for you at no extra.
